Java XML Configurator

Hmm.. I wonder what is the best, is it Xerces, simple, or Apache Commons Configuration for XML configuration library? Of course, performance is crucial here. We don't need any bloated solution.

Or, have you done anything more simple? Any idiots knows that hard code is the way of anti bloated. But, you can't use that to deploy in application used in more than 10 sites. That's suicide.
