Think Before You Decide: Against Anti-Porn Draft

I still don't understand what the parliament wants with current draft. Why they pushing their opinion so much. Can't someone from law school teach them how to create law or understand what a law must have.

A law must have:
  1. A basis that describing each term and conditions where the law forbids. No fuzzy term nor misleading shall in the text. Each of the sentence are well-described.
  2. Because law is evolving from norm and norm are growing from community consensus, then the law must have been there in the society before it become formal.
  3. Law is to defend people from deviation of a person/small group where the person/group override the people sake.
From the three, we can conclude the mistake of the Anti-Porn Draft:
  1. It has no exact definition about the two subjects, pornograpy and adultry. Listen to this, by current definition, I can sue Angelina Jolie even when she dressed up like ninja because her sensual lips. Some organisation can take the law as the reason to burn many karaoke or night club (that don't contribute them well). Some lunatics can rape women and accusing her as act of adultry because her of being tempteous. So, as a man I can blame the women as an act of porn and get away from rape law.
  2. The law is for all of Indonesia. Yes, folks, it is for all of the nation. That's why, the draft is the sign of Javanesse (or to be exact the people that live on Jakarta) arrogance that pushing their will over other regions. Have they ever know how majority of Indonesian live? Are they want to rest all of Papuan, Balinese, some Javanese, Dayaks, and many isolated or self-culture? Are they want to capture all of the majority of cosmopolitan people?
  3. Majority of people don't come with some religious background. Many even live with freedom in speech and expression including body sculpting. The religious people are actually the minority and even if we can see from objective view: they are the deviation itself. You think I'm wrong? How many items of Lampu Merah, Lipstik, and the rest sold? The industry is climing up and become the majority now. Can the religious books overcome their exemplar? Not in a million. So this law, to whom does this law stand?
I'm a man against adultry. But, I don't agree of adultry being defined by some laws. Social term such as pornography and adultry are buzz words. ITOH, law demand of exact in definition and formulation. They're like water and fire.

Against the adultry, we must do re-education. If it is a must, we can regulate the media circulation (which we already have the device for that).
