As someone working for bringing goodness in this corrupted world, this song MV is really so relatable. Especially when everyday is against the next generation and you want to make a difference. There is a probability for people to witchhunt you because you are trying to do something out of norm.
People who you want to protect are actually people that can turn their back against you. Sad, how people can be blinded by provocation. The progress halted because they burn the bridges that they should have crossed. And they stay there, poor and miserable.
What would you do?
Be that agent of change, or just going with the flow?
If you want to be spiritual, Jesus nailed to the cross because he wanted to be an agent of change. So, yeah, being a rebel against all odds is actually biblical.
If you want to say leftist, Jesus was the very definition of leftist. He was against the status quo. He introduced laws that were not in line with the power hierarchy. He democratized saving grace and condempt the establishments.
Btw, I like Sakanation. I didn't know that this song was about an anime that proving the world is round. The video clip was great and thought provoking for me.
That's because I'm in the middle of the cross section. Should I walk away? Or, should I contribute with the high stake?
This song is about the later. I don't mind to lose everything. But, I am not alone anymore. I have little people who depended on me.
Ah, darn! The scale still tilting on left and right.
